* AT 838 AM CST... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AND SPOTTERS REPORTED A
  TORNADO 4 MILES EAST OF BEMIS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. SPOTTERS
  REPORTED A TORNADO TOUCHDOWN IN MEDON AT 825 AM.
