* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ANDREWS COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS

* UNTIL 1025 PM CDT

* AT 700 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED
  OVER WESTERN AND SOUTHERN ANDREWS COUNTY... MOVING SLOWLY
  NORTHEAST.

* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL PRODUCE
  FLOODING ACROSS ALONG HIGWAY 181 BETWEEN HIGHWAYS 176 AND 115
  THROUGH 1025 PM CDT.
