COLE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI GASCONADE COUNTY IN EASTERN MISSOURI OSAGE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 135 PM CDT * THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN HAVE BEEN MOVING ACROSS MID-MISSOURI SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING. THE PERSISTENT HEAVY RAINS WAS BEGINNING TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING AT 1130 AM ACROSS PARTS OF COLE COUNTY... AND RADAR INDICATES THAT THIS THREAT EXTENDS INTO OSAGE AND PARTS OF GASCONADE COUNTY AS WELL. THUNDERSTORMS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE AREA INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. * MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.
