* DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO BETWEEN GORDONSVILLE
AND RUSSELLVILLE IN WESTERN LOGAN COUNTY...OR ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTH-
WEST OF BOWLING GREEN. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
