  EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN GARDEN COUNTY IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 915 PM MDT (1015 PM CDT)

* AT 809 PM MDT... NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO
  18 MILES NORTHEAST OF SIDNEY OR 10 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF LISCO
  MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS SOUTH OF LISCO
