* AT 609 PM MDT... NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 28 MILES EAST OF SIDNEY OR 5 MILES NORTH
  NORTHEAST OF CHAPPELL MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.
