* AT 702 PM MDT... SPOTTERS REPORTED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 9 MILES
  WEST NORTHWEST OF IMPERIAL OR 8 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF CHAMPION
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
