* AT 415 PM CDT... NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN SOUTHERN BOYD COUNTY... MOVING
  EAST AT 20 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING EXTREMELY HEAVY RAIN MOVED EAST ALONG THE
  NIOBRARA RIVER AND ACROSS THE PONCA CREEK BASIN WITH RAPID RISES
  EXPECTED ALONG ALL STREAMS AND CREEKS IN BOYD COUNTY.
