FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

   ...WHITLEY COUNTY

AT 730 PM EST...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF
MIDDLESBORO OR NEAR DEERING. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
MPH AND WILL AFFECT CORBIN...WOODBINE...LAUREL RIVER LAKE AND
ROCKHOLDS BY 800 PM.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY BELOW GROUND IF
