AT 1218 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR
RUSELL...ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF MERIDIAN. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT
35 MPH. THIS TORNADO WILL AFFECT TOOMSUBA AND KEWANEE SHORTLY.
