FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI

   ...MADISON COUNTY

AT 1003 PM RADAR INDICATED PERSISTENT SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY. SINCE 9 PM...ONE AND A
THIRD INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ALONG HWY 51 NORTH OF CANTON ACCORDING
TO RADAR. ADDITONAL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN ONE INCH ARE POSSIBLE BY 11 PM.
THESE AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYIFNG AREAS
TO OCCUR.

AT NIGHT BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE SWIFTLY TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
