* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA
  DECATUR COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA
  JACKSON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA
  NORTHERN JENNINGS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA
  LAWRENCE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA

* AT 1250 AM EST...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE
TO MOVE THROUGH THE AREA. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES
HAS OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE STORMS WERE
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...

SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT
AT NIGHT TO TELL HOW MUCH WATER IS ON ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT
