  HEAVY RAIN 10 MILES WEST OF ANDERSON NEAR NOBLESVILLE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* HEAVY RAINS FROM LAST NIGHT HAD BROUGHT PIPE CREEK ABOVE BANKFULL
