* AT 830 PM EST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM INDIANAPOLIS TO 20 MILES
  SOUTH OF INDIANAPOLIS... MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH THESE
