THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  FULTON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 730 PM CDT...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY OVER FULTON
  COUNTY PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WAS
  ESTIMATED IN SOUTHWEST PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY. OVER 2 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL HAS BEEN ESTIMATED BY RADAR NEAR TABLE GROVE.

* THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL UNTIL AROUND
  9 PM. FLASH FLOODING COULD RESULT.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY IF FLOODWATERS THRE|ATEN AND AVOID
DRIVING ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.
