  NORTHERN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  NORTHERN VERMILION COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN MOVING ACROSS NORTHERN PORTIONS OF
  CHAMPAIGN AND VERMILION COUNTIES OVER THE PAST HOUR. CHAMPAIGN
  COUNTY ESDA REPORTED 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST HOUR AT
  THOMASBORO. ALSO...VERMILION COUNTY HAS REPORTED WATER OVER
  ROADS IN THE COLLISON AREA.

* STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY MOVE EAST ACROSS THIS AREA OVER THE
