* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  HAMILTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OHIO

* EFFECTIVE UNTIL 450 AM EDT

* AT 145 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED
  THAT OVER ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 1245 AM EDT IN
  SOUTHERN HAMILTON COUNTY...INCLUDING DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI.

  ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN WILL FALL IN HAMILTON
  COUNTY BY 450 AM EDT.
