* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  AUGLAIZE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO.
  HARDIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO.

* EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM EDT.

*AT 855 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS MOVING FROM WEST TO EAST
ACROSS AUGLAIZE COUNTY AND PUSHING INTO HARDIN COUNTY.

*THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO
INCHES PER HOUR...AND ROAD FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN AUGLAIZE COUNTY.

*BY 1030 PM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL ONE HALF
TO ONE INCH OF RAIN WITHIN AUGLAIZE COUNTY AND ANOTHER ONE TO TWO
INCHES OF RAIN WITHIN HARDIN COUNTY.

*THESE HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL PRODUCE ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF ROADS...
AND SOME AREA CREEKS WILL EXCEED BANKFULL AS WELL.

IT IS VERY DIFFICULT AT NIGHT TO TELL HOW MUCH WATER IS ON ROADS.
MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
