KINGMAN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 820 PM CDT * AT 719 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 7 MILES WEST OF KINGMAN...MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MPH.
