  LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS
  RUSSELL COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 155 AM CDT
 
* AT 1050 PM CDT...2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN LESS THAN ONE
  HOUR 15 MILES WEST OF LINCOLN AT SYLVAN GROVE AND 1.9 INCHES OF
  RAIN FELL IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR AT THE GOLF COURSE IN LINCOLN.

* OTHER AREAS AT RISK INCLUDE WILSON LAKE AND ALL POINTS ALONG THE
