* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    MINOR FLOODING WAS OBSERVED ON THE COTTONWOOD RIVER AT MARION.
    HEAVY RAINS THAT FELL ACROSS THE AREA YESTERDAY AND OVERNIGHT
    HAS RESULTED IN MINOR FLOODING FOR MANY CREEKS AND STREAMS IN
    MARION COUNTY.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    PERIODS OF LIGHT RAIN WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THE
    ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL BRING SMALL RISES ON AREA CREEKS/STREAMS.

    DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE ACROSS WATER-COVERED ROADS. THE WATER
    DEPTH AND CURRENT MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
    SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
    QUICKLY.
