* AT 125 AM CDT...NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO AFFECT
  CENTRAL WISCONSIN WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN.

* 1 TO 3 INCdHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER SATURATED GROUNDS
  FROM HEAVY RAINFALL EARLIER IN THE WEEK CREATING FLOODING.
