  SOUTHWESTERN SANBORN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 940 PM CDT

* AT 907 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A DEVELOPING TORNADO 17 MILES WEST OF MITCHELL  OR 7 MILES
