* AT 443 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SPOTTERS REPORTED A
  ROTATING WALL CLOUD 17 MILES NORTHEAST OF MITCHELL  OR 5 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF ARTESIAN  MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS.
