* AT 735 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SPOTTERS REPORTED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF SIOUX CITY  OR IN THE
  VICINITY OF NORTH SIOUX CITY MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
