NORTHERN WILKIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA NORTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 1110 PM CDT * AT 1037 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WALCOTT OR 24 MILES NORTHWEST OF WAHPETON.
