* AT 721 PM...SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF LISBON
  OR 40 MILES SOUTHEAST OF VALLEY CITY.  THE STORM IS MOVING TO
  SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  INTERSECT HIGHWAY 27 15 MILES EAST OF LISBON
