SOUTHERN CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 900 PM CDT * AT 628 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINS FROM NEAR LEONARD NORTH DAKOTA...25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FARGO TO FARGO AND OVER NORTH RICHLAND COUNTY NEAR COLFAX. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN IN THE LEONARD AND MCLEOD AREAS. HAM RADIO OPERATORS INDICATE FLOODING IN THE LEONARD AREA. THE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
