THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FULTON COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN GEORGIA

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* AT 550 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A STATIONARY CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN
  EAST POINT AND DOWNTOWN ATLANTA. THE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED 3
  INCHES OF RAIN SINCE 5 PM AND COULD DROP ANOTHER 2 TO 3 INCHES
  BEFORE 7 PM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. WATER DEPTHS OF ONLY ONE TO TWO FEET WILL CAUSE MOST
