THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN COWETA COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN GEORGIA

* UNTIL 1205 AM EDT

* AT 1000 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED   A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NORTH OF NEWNAN.
  THIS STORM WAS SHOWING VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT AND MAY HAVE
  DUMPED MORE THAN 4 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE 9 PM. THE AREA
  MOST LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED IS FROM SARGENT TO MADRAS TO
  ROSCOE. CEDAR CREEK MAY ALREADY OUT OF ITS BANKS.


  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
  ROADWAY. WATER DEPTHS OF ONLY ONE TO TWO FEET WILL CAUSE MOST
  AUTOMOBILES TO BECOME STRANDED OR FLOAT AWAY. IF THE WATER IS
  MOVING...THE ROAD BED MAY BE ERODED. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING
  WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. IF RAPIDLY RISING WATER
  THREATENS HOMES OR BUSINESSES IN YOUR AREA....OR IF YOU SEE ROADS
  OR BRIDGES BEING COVERED WITH WATER FROM RISING CREEKS OR
