SOUTHERN CATOOSA COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN GEORGIA EASTERN WALKER COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN GEORGIA WESTERN WHITFIELD COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN GEORGIA * UNTIL 930 PM EDT * AT 720 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM BEAUMOUNT TO NAMOI. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS AROUND TWO INCHES AN HOUR HAVE BEEN OCCURRING IN THIS AREA. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
