POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ENTERING WESTERN EDWARDS COUNTY JUST
WEST OF CARTA VALLEY. THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CONTAIN LARGE HAIL AND
DAMAGING THUNDERSTORM WINDS.  IT WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH
AND WILL BE NEAR CARTA VALLEY BY 615 AM.
 
PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD BE ALERT TO THE POSSIBILITY
OF LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.  FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN CAN ALSO OCCUR WITH SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...FLOODING SMALL
STREAMS...LOW AREAS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
