  REAL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  KERR COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  KINNEY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  UVALDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND-
  OVER PORTIONS OF EDWARDS...KERR...KINNEY...REAL...
  AND UVALDE COUNTIES

  AND ABOVE FLOOD STAGE.  THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM CHARLEY
  HAS LEFT MOIST AND UNSTABLE CONDITIONS OVER THE AREA.  THE
  AUGUST WEATHER PATTERN BODES VERY WELL FOR MORE RAIN...
  HEAVY AT TIMES.

IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE
THROUGH WATER COVERING THE ROAD OR FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
THESE AREAS ARE VERY DANGEROUS.
