* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRIO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS
NORTHERN FRIO COUNTY...FROM MOORE NORTHWARD TO THE FRIO COUNTY
LINE...WITH LITTLE MOVEMENT INDICATED.  ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES ARE
FROM TWO TO THREE INCHES.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION. IF YOU ARE IN THESE
AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH WATER COVERING
THE ROAD.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
