WESTERN SEWARD COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS EASTERN STEVENS COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS * UNTIL 915 PM CDT * AT 825 PM CDT... DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF HAYNE OR 2 MILES NORTHEAST OF WOODS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED RURAL RESIDENTS OF EASTERN STEVENS AND WESTERN SEWARD COUNTIES THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
