THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MORTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS

* UNTIL 520 AM CDT

* AT 1217 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT STRETCHED FROM
  ELKHART TO ROLLA AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.  OTHER
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING 10 MILES NORTH OF ELKHART.

* RADAR INDICATES TORRENTIAL RAINFALL OVER AN INCH AND A HALF PER
  HOUR THAT COULD CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS
  ...ESPECIALLY NEAR CREEKS AND RIVERS.

  BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
