* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN ELLIS COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 640 AM CDT

* AT 1230 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM ANTONINO TO 10 MILES SOUTH
  OF WALKER... MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS HAVE REDEVELOPED IN THE SAME AREA. DOPPLER
  RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL UP TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR. PERSONS IN LOW-
  LYING AREAS OR NEAR BIG CREEK SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR FLASH
  FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
