* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KIMBALL COUNTY IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
  CHEYENNE COUNTY IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 1105 PM MDT

* AT 710 PM MDT...THE KIMBALL COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGER REPORTED FLOOD
  WATERS COVERING ROADS FROM NORTH OF KIMBALL TO SOUTH OF DIX. ANOTHER
  STORM WEST OF PINE BLUFFS WYOMING WAS MOVING SLOWLY EAST INTO THE
  AREA THAT HAS ALREADY EXPERIENCED FLOODING.

ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN COULD FALL BY 10 PM IN PARTS OF KIMBALL
COUNTY.

THUNDERSTORMS EARLIER THIS EVENING PRODUCED HEAVY RAIN ALL ACROSS
KIMBALL AND WESTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY.  FROM 3 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN WAS
REPORTED FROM NORTH OF KIMBALL TO SOUTH OF DIX.  SPOTTERS REPORTED
FLOODING BETWEEN DIX AND KIMBALL... AND WATER WAS RUNNING IN NORMALLY.
DRY LODGEPOLE CREEK IN THE SAME AREA.

DON'T DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS! MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.  IF YOU ARE NEAR LODGEPOLE CREEK OR OTHER FLOOD PRONE
AREAS...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
