* THE HURON RIVER AT MILAN WAS RISING RAPIDILY THIS MORNING. AT THIS
  TIME A LOT OF THE RISE IS BEING ATTRIBUTED TO A POSSIBLE JAM IN
  THE RIVER. IF THIS JAM BREAKS SUDDENLY...1 TO 2 FEET OF WATER
  MAY AFFECT LOCATIONS NEAR THE HURON RIVER FROM MILAN NORTH TO
  LAKE ERIE.
