* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  HANCOCK COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OHIO

* UNTIL 920 PM EDT

* AT 715 PM DOPPLER RADAR WAS INDICATING A LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS
  OVER WESTERN HANCOCK COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE4 MOVING SOUTHEAST
  AT 20 MPH.

* RADAR INDICATED THAT TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN COULD FALL WITHIN
