THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  SOUTHERN HANCOCK COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OHIO

* UNTIL 840 PM EDT

* HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHERN HANCOCK COUNTY
  ESPECIALLY WEST OF WILLIAMSTOWN DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS.
  OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN ACCORDING TO THE DOPPLER
  RADAR NEAR NEW STARK. SOME ROADS IN THAT AREA ARE UNDER WATER.

* DOPPLER RADAR AT 640 PM WAS SHOWING MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
  MOVING INTO THAT AREA FROM THE SOUTH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM THIS
  NEW BATCH OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS COULD BE UP TO AN INCH AND A
  HALF IN AN HOUR. THIS NEW RAIN WILL JUST AGGRAVATE THE FLOODING
  SITUATION AND CAUSE THE WATER TO SLOWLY RECEDE FROM ROADS.

DON'T DRIVET INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD!
