  MORROW COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* DOPPLER RADAR STILL SHOWS THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN
  CONTINUING TO DEVELOP AND MOVE SOUTHEAST THROUGH MORROW AND KNOX
  COUNTIES.   THEREFORE...FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN LIKELY IN THESE
  COUNTIES THROUGH 11 PM.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AROUND TWO INCHES HAD
  FALLEN IN MANY PLACES DURING THE PAST HOUR AND LOCALLY UP TO THREE
