THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN  PENNSYLVANIA

   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY

AT 950 PM DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING SOME AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN HEADING
TOWARD ERIE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS COULD
APPROACH AN INCH. WITH THE GROUND SATURATED THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE
FLOODING OF SOME STREAMS AND ROADS.

SOME FLOODING IN A FEW TYPICAL SPOTS WERE ALREADY OCCURRING IN CRAWFORD
COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
