AT 715 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED FROM 1 TO 1.5
INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN ONE HOUR FROM THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF
BOWLING GREEN...WEST TO WESTON.  RADAR ALSO SHOWED MORE SHOWERS AND
