AT 4:45 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED SEVERAL SLOW
MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS RICHLAND COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 5 TO 10 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AS MUCH
AS ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN LOCALLY WITH THESE STORMS. THUNDERSTORMS
WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTY THROUGH 6PM AND COULD RESULT IN
LOCAL FLOODING

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
