FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM EST

AT 155 AM EST...A LARGE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS OVER NORTHEAST AND EAST
CENTRAL OHIO. THIS AREA OF RAIN WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 30 MILES AN
HOUR. NEARLY THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLIN ACROSS SUMMIT
AND PORTAGE COUNTIES WITHIN THE PAST HOUR.  AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN
WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WARNED AREAS BY 4 AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS.  IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
