* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COLUMBIA COUNTY IN GEORGIA
  RICHMOND COUNTY IN GEORGIA

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT 

* HEAVY RAIN THROUGHOUT THE DAY HAS PRODUCED RAINFALL AMOUNTS 
  FROM 3 TO6 INCHES  OVER THE AUGUSTA METROPOLITAN AREA. THE 
  HEAVY RAIN WILL PRODUCE FLOODING OF CREEKS AND AREAS OF POOR 
  DRAINAGE. THIS INCLUDES RAES...OATES AND ROCKY CREEKS. RESIDENTS 
  LIVING NEAR THESE CREEKS SHOULD BE ON THE ALERT FOR RISING 
  WATER AND MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF NECESSARY. AREAS THAT ARE 
  PARTICULARY PRONE TO FLOODING INCLUDE FOREST CREEK SUBDIVISION...REED 
  CREEK PARK...ALONG CRYSTAL CREEK DRIVE...WEST LAKE SUBDIVISION 
  AND STEVENS CREEK ROAD.
