  NORTHERN NORTHERN CAYUGA COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK
  EASTERN WAYNE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT

* AT 800 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN WAYNE
  AND SENECA COUNTIES... MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* SPOTTERS IN WAYNE COUNTY HAVE REPORTED RAINFALL RATES OF OVER
  TWO INCHES IN LESS THAN AN HOUR WITH THESE STORMS...AND SIMILAR
