* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  MONROE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT

* AT 800 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN GATES AND CHILI..
  MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS OVER PARTS
  OF SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTY. MANY OF THESE SAME AREAS EXPERIENCED
  FLOODING PROBLEMS LAST EVENING.
