* AT 550 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM AVON TO
  CHILI... MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY
  RAIN. AREAS WEST OF ROCHESTER WILL HAVE THE GREATEST THREAT OF
  FLOODING FROM THESE SLOW MOVING STORMS.
